Great product
I'm an older climber and the load I put on my muscles, tendons and joints cause regular pulls, tears and strains..... Cissus helps all of those things heal much faster so I can get back to what I love ☺

Great supplement for lifting.
I cycle on and off throughout the year when I run out and always notice a difference in performance whenever I'm not on it.

Didn't work for me...
Tasted okay. Purchased this one because the other brand I was using became hard to find. luckily, I made the purchase as a stock-up buy and had another bottle of the other on hand. I'll toss these as no sense in taking something that doesn't help. I could tell within two days that this one wasn't doing anything for me. My joints were much more sensitive than usual.
