Great Supplement for Muscle Recovery
I highly recommend these after working out. I can tell the difference if I take these it speeds up recovery and energy. Initially, I got this for for muscle recovery but I have heard a lot of people on tiktok saying its good for weight loss. Honestly, i do not know if that is certain. But i love these supplements. I just wish they werent so expensive.

Excellent Amino replenishing supplement
I love NOW products; totally affordable, and just as effective, if not better than the pricier supplement brands out there. I ran out of my L-glutamine recently and I could definitely tell it; my body and mind seemed sluggish and, well, lazy. I use other NOW supplements as well and there are some that I consider essential; this is one of them.

Great for gut issues
This product is fantastic to heal up your gut for so many digestive issues. I use it, my daughter uses it AND my 14-year old grandson. Three people in one household swear by it giving relief to each of our gut issues.

Good stuff and a big help for neuropathy.
I have severe neuropathy in feet and fingers and I really get some beneficial effects from taking 2 of these 3 times a day. Easy to swallow.

One pill instead of two
I love that these capsules each have 1000mg. It will be nice getting my daily dose in with a single pill instead of two.

Seems to help with digestive issues
I bought these to help with some digestion issues, and they seem to be helping somewhat, although I have only been taking for a week or so. I think it will take a bit more time to tell for sure.
