To help me stay asleep
These have been the best magnesium supplement to help me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. 1 soft gel before bed is usually all I need. Sometimes 2 seems to do the opposite for me and I am awake more than I should be.

A good magnesium supplement
Seems like a good product, with 3 easily absorbed forms of magnesium. I have not noticed any negative side effects, and it helps manage my blood pressure.

NOT as advertised
I went to a fair amount of trouble to find a good deal on Magnesium Citrate. This looked like a good deal- it says (look at it!) 400mg, 180 softgels. IN FACT, it is 400mg for THREE softgels- so the bottle only contains 60 doses of 480mg, NOT 180. It therefore cost me three times as much as I thought per dose. I am supremely annoyed.

Monstrous sized pills
Absolutely huge! These things are bigger than any pill I have ever seen and require 3 per day as recommended serving size. Had I known this, I would never have purchased them!
