Health Garden Erythritol Zero Calorie Sugar Substitute, 80 oz

This was the best priced erythritol I found, and in a 5 lb bag. This is crystalline, not powder. I have read articles that caution the larger crystalline structure doesn't disolve very well, or even re-crystalizes after baking but I have never had that happen. I do pulverize it a bit when adding it to cold food or drink.

I have been working hard to maintain a sugar-free lifestyle, but really missed the simple things, like a little sugar in my morning coffee, or ANY desert. Then I read that erythritol was a good substitute with zero calories and carbs, and no bitter after-taste that I found so objectionable with products like stivia....and they were right! In addition, there is a one-for-one equivalent when baking, etc. I will be buying this again.

While this doesn't taste exactly like sugar, it is really close. And it doesn't have the bitter after taste that some Stevia products have. Love this sugar substitute!

Best sugar substitute I have found and I've tried most all of them! It is in granulated form. If you are using in a filling or anything that's not hot enough for sugar to dissolve, put in blender and grind to powder form. Perfect!

I am on the KETO diet. Many of their recipes call for this sweetener. You were the cheapest and had the larger size in this product. Thanks for being dependable.

I recently read a study regarding Splenda, which I've used for years. As it turns out, Splenda decreases your good bacteria and wrecks havoc with your digestive system...so I bought some Erythritol. A few days later, my stomach problems were much better, and I felt better. It's not as sweet as Splenda, but safer in my opinion.

Im sure that this is fine but I ordered the powdered and got granules. I see that was a problem for others. I couldnt see any info on the bag as to the type of erythritol so I went by the description. I wanted powder for baking.

We was happy to receive this product and couldn't wait to use this product. This stuff make us very sick to the stomach. We thought after using this product for some weeks the issue we experienced will go away. Now I hated I paid about $25.00 and was very unhappy how this product make us very sick to the stomach. I will appreciate a full refund

This might give a hint of sugar taste, but I use trivia and one pack of trivia is better than 3/4 cup of Erythritol. It also made me sick at my stomach when I baked with it.
