I use this for enhancing my mood, most specifically controlling my cortisol level. (I'm not old enough to need it for memory boost). It works fabulous. I actually feel much calmer and less stressed when I take this. My family said they noticed the difference as well. Highly recommended!

I used this product for a few years then suggested my sister try it for her memory. She noticed a difference but started getting night sweats. I had been getting them for years - figured is was my age - but I stopped the phosphatidylserine and the hot flashes stopped BUT the memory started fading again. Now take it every few days - no opinion yet. But hot only when I turned over, then it would fade until I turned over again.??
