When my Doctor put me on statins, my knees became weak, since I'm active, I decided to try a more natural way to go. I tried the red yeast rice, and it worked great. No problems with my knees, and I only take one half the dose. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Great discounts and delivery in time [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We did a self check and stopped taking 60 days prior to regular blood work. When the results came back our cholesterol levels had a significant increase. Our Dr advised us to continue taking the Now Red Yeast Rice! Now I know it really does work for us.
I TRULY LIKE THE COMBINATION OF RYR WITH MILK THISTLE AND CO-Q10. JUST WISH IT CAME AS 1200MG; THUS MAKING IT JUST 1 PILL INSTEAD OF 2. HOPEFULLY NOW FOODS WILL DO SO IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
My Doctor has me taking Red Yeast Rice for my cholesterol. The next time I went in my cholesterol was perfect, however the following visit it was back up. I went with a less expensive one. Needless to say I had to go to this.
I went off this product 2 months prior to blood work. My Dr was stunned by my new numbers for total cholesterol. It had climbed from 200 to nearly 300. She said to go back on it immediately. I am now doing well and maintaining my normal.
Great balance of multiple ingredients so that you can take fewer capsules. Dropped my Cholesterol from 495 to 245 in three months.
Very happy to find the combination in one pill. It's a good pill for supporting a healthy heart…
Well...I didn't notice any reference to the difference between this vegetarian product and the one I usually get which is not vegetarian. The size of the pills is the difference that matters for me. These are medium large powdered capsules vs the small liquid capsules I use. Yikes.
according to comparisons of ubiquinol and coq10 coq10 needs vit E - why is this not added in this combination? while i am grateful for the milk thistle and lipoic acid there should also be Vit E
