Helpful product
Supplement was recommended by a dermatologist, specifically the Flush-free formulation. I experienced the reason for such when this product wasn't available locally and I purchased same dosage but not flush-free. Definite difference. Easy to swallow capsule.

niacin
I cant have magnesium stearate in products, disabling brain fog. I use this along with fish oil and red yeast for high cholesterol instead of statins. products with no magnesium stearate are hard to find.

Flush-Free Niacin
I purchased this product as a result of somewhat high cholesterol numbers. I've read that Niacin taken before bed is the best time to take it. It truly is flush-free, as I've had no reaction to taking it. I have not yet had a followup lab test to see if my cholesterol has been positively affected.

NOW flush-free Niacin veggie caps
I have used this for a while. I'm 81 yrs old and this product is NON-GMO and veggie caps which is why I use other NOW products. I also use many of Swanson products and have been a customer for many years..

I have been taking 250mg for many years and it was easy for me to increase my dose to 1500 mg within a 10 day period.
