My husband and I both use this product and find it so much easier to take then eating a couple spoons of regular coconut oil. We do however use both the regular coconut oil and the soft gel and Swansons is the place to fine the best quality and the best prices for both.

This is a really convenient way to get the benefits of coconut oil. In comparing to other brands, this is made in organic and cold pressed way, so the oil is more effective. I have been having great results with weight reduction and improvement of over all well being. I have been on it just under a month and can't wait to see if I see an increase of results with longer use.

I was thrilled to find the Coconut oil soft gels online at Swansons. Our local health food store carries the same product at over double the price. Swansons has such great offerings and always the best prices to be found anywhere.

I FEEL THAT MY CONCENTRATION IS BETTER WITH COCONUT OIL. I WARN AGAINST TAKING TOO MUCH OF THE NON VIRGIN TYPE AS I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS DEVELOPING CHEST PAINS AFTER TAKING THE NON VIRGIN TYPE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THE VIRGIN TYPE OIL. I BELIEVE THE NON VIRGIN TYPE MAY CLOG UP THE ARTERIES. IT SEEMS THAT I CAN TAKE 2 TO 3 TIMES AS MUCH OF THE VIRGIN TYPE COMPARED TO THE NON VIRGIN TYPE. WHEN I TOOK MORE THAN 2 CAPSULES OF THE NON VIRGIN TYPE I DEVELOPED CHEST PAINS SO MUCH THAT I FEARED OF HEART FAILURE. I'M NOT HAVING THAT ISSUE WITH THE VIRGIN TYPE!

i took the whole bottle like instructed on the bottle, but i did not f eel any different , so either i should have maybe taken another bottle and then see if it would have made a difference . but not happy
