I love this supplement. I have taken glucosamine/chondroitin for years before trying this supplement eight months ago. I stopped taking the other after finding this more effective for my joint health. As an added bonus my skin looks better too. I am happy that it includes MSM. The pills are much more pleasant to swallow than the glucosamine! I know this isn't the cheapest supplement but it is effective for me. I do however only take one per day, bottle says take two. Took about three-four weeks till I can say I felt a difference.

I like the combination of these 2 supplements. I feel they will benefit my whole body. I have read the benefits of msm, it is rather extensive. Also, hyaluronic acid is present in all of us, but decreases with age. So, I feel this will be a good choice to continue to use. I will most likely buy again. Gave it a 4 for effectiveness only because I just started using it.
