I take vitamin D-3 to support my immune system,and my bone health. D-3 also helps in maintaining the body's nervous system and the muscle / strength functions. These do not cause upset stomach / nausea.

Dissolves So Fast
I have to take so many medications and vitamins a day but I have am so sensitive to them and I was worried these would be awful like I'd had before but they are small, a little minty tasting but not over powering and dissolve so fast! My sensitive tummy holds these down fine and I will be reordering them.

Very nice flavor. My 12 year old grandson has felt so much better and happier after starting on these. He admitted to me that he felt depressed. The health benefits and mood enhancement from D3 is such a godsend. I take it too!
