I like this combination vitamin better than other brands because the dose of both Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 is smaller, more like an actual supplement than a main source. The only thing I do not like about this brand is that there is no 3rd party lab verification of potency and other components like heavy metals. When asked about that, the company said that they do internal testing, but I don't find that acceptable when supplements aren't very regulated.

I trust NOW brand of supplements. Vitamin K2 is needed with D3 because K2 helps with calcium absorption into the bones and teeth; otherwise calcium can accumulate in arteries causing calcification. Was taking a different brand, and my D3 levels were too low! Since taking the NOW brand my levels are fine.

Fast, complete shipping. Have not taken supplements long enough to have an opinion yet.
