Don't buy these
I bought a 32oz bag of raw cashews from Nut Cravings and won't ever again. The whole bag had to be thrown out. I bought these so I can make hummus, and it's a good thing I researched if they are supposed to float. They aren't. If they do, then they are bad. I did this 3 to times in a row. After wasting a cup and a half of cashews, no thanks. Buy a different brand.

I thought these tasted like boiled cashews that were left to sit in the water for three days. No flavor and they were mushy. I threw the bag out because I can't stand them.
