Love this product! I can definitely feel the increase in recovery after taking it for a while. Also, feel stronger at the gym when taking it prior. Would recommend to anyone wanting to increase their gains and recovery in the gym. Lastly, love the non bloating effect I get from this and shipping was quick and easy!
I have tried different monohydrates but this one was effective from day one. . . no loading! I love that one less worry. Plus my muscles fuel strong and ready for another lift. Also helps to have a little afterwards after you muscles getting a beat beat up after weights

Legs were cramping like I had been pumping them for hours. Put this in some water and drank it, then took a 30 nap. After the nap the soreness was gone.
