After taking Melatonin for five years and researching magnesium, I stopped the melatonin and started taking Magnesium Glycinate 250mg. Further research led me to Ashwagandha and L-Theanine. Then I came across this product that has all those ingredients and more. The label, read with the aid of a magnifying glass, listed CalmMag blend which has eight or so herbs and Ayurvedics found in traditional medicine. I read about each one, most I was familiar with, others not so much. The first one listed is Lion's Mane which is derived my a mushroom by that name. Taken individually in higher doses might need consideration of the possible interactions, like for instance with blood thinners; however, the total number of milligrams is only 100. Divide that by 8 would only be 12.5mg for each herb. That's not to say they all are 12.5mg each. I have only taken this for three days, and supplements like these can take two, four, six weeks to produce any discernible benefits. You do your own research. You be your own best judge, with advice from your physician if you think that's what's best for you. I will be 80 in August (2026), and I owe my good health to being a good student and always being my own best advocate.

I was a little concerned that 3,500 mg of Magnesium with Ashwagandha might be too much, but it has worked very well for me. I really enjoy the sense of relaxation and calm it provides. It helps me unwind without making me feel uncomfortable or overly tired. I'm very pleased with this supplement

I feel more relax, meaning no more get stressed if something did not go well, instead find solution and move on. I feel I more control. I would recommend it , I do know it need time to feel the change , at least a month in my experience.
