This very useful appliance lives on my counter because it is too busy to put away! It blends and purees whatever I put in it and makes it into a nice drink in just seconds. Lots of accessory parts, but they all come together into a well designed and well thought out product.
I just learned that I have a swallowing disorder from having too many fusions in my neck and have been put on a soft diet. The Magic Bullet has been my go to for easy and quick tasty meals and protein drinks. Perfect for one, but I with the cups were a little larger.
The first Magic Bullet I had and used everyday for 5 years to make smoothies and grind spices. The motor still worked but the connector to the bottom blade wore off. Too bad they don't sell the replacement part. It is a good unit nevertheless. Easy to use and easy to clean.
I have always loved the Magic Bullet, this is my second one. The first one lasted me over 5 years and due to broken parts I had to order a new one. One thing that was disappointing is, when it first came out many more parts and accessories where part of the purchase. They have reduced it to a few now.
I thought I liked it okay, but while I was using it for maybe the 10th time making a smoothie, it just stopped working! I couldn't even finish making the smoothie ☹️
Probably not. I have the powerbase of the original magic bullet. I needed new containers and decided to buy a complete new unit. The new unit isnt as poserful as the original base. The blade componets are not as effective as the ones in the original unit.
I bought a magic bullet 5 years ago and it worked really well. Unfortunately it died recently, a good long life for a kitchen appliance to be sure. So I buy a new one. Not the same. When it runs it makes a foul chemical burning smell. The LAST thing I want to smell in my kitchen let alone right before I drink the smoothie. Either I got a defected one or Nutribullet cheap'd out after years of making a quality product to increase margin by selling garbage-quality stuff. Shame. I used to buy these as gifts.
My original magic bullet broke after about a year. I preserved another one because the price was so good... I did not know it was a mini version. It is small and under powered. Shake glasses are small I have to blend a long time to be sure my frozen banana is blesss properly
I had a magic bullet several years ago and used it daily, no problem. I just ordered a new one and it won't blend my frozen smoothie mixes. I don't know if the frozen stuff is too difficult to blend, I am adding plenty of liquid. I ended up throwing away my nutribullet last year because it leaked terribly and was more trouble than it's worth. Huge David Wolfe fan bit afraid this endorsement was misleading.
Stopped working during 3rd use! Purchased for making smoothies and that is the only thing I had made in it when it stopped working during the 3rd time. I was a big fan of the bullet family, owning the baby bullet and the veggie bullet as well, but I am so disappointed after this situation.
