taking this with irvingia gabonensis to help rebuild muscle after atrophy and help assist with kick starting some weight loss. i cant say whether that is effective yet but there are no side effects so far, which was my only co cern. this was the best price, as nutricost items usually are.

I decided to try this for it's joint pain and weight loss benefits. I tried it for roughly 5 weeks. I really wanted to give it a chance and take it for the recommended 10 weeks, but the longer I took it, I started to get stomach pain. I really don't believe it helped with my joint pain. I felt no difference while taking it. I also did not lose any weight, nor did my waist circumference reduce in size. I guess this is a "results will vary" product.
