I cannot honestly say I took these for two weeks and suddenly felt like I could wrestle a buffalo on the frontier. 😄 But we keep taking them because beef liver has been valued nutritionally for generations, and this feels like an easier way to fill possible gaps without actually cooking liver in the kitchen. At the very least, the capsules are easy to take, the ingredient approach is straightforward, and there is some peace of mind in feeling like we are making an effort toward better nutrition instead of living entirely on modern processed convenience food. Could it secretly be expensive prairie dust? I suppose anything is possible these days. But overall, no negative side effects, and it has become one of those quiet “maintenance” supplements in the routine.

Just started taking them. So far besides them smelling awful not too bad. They dont taste bad and it doesn't leave an after taste. Time will tell if I see any improvements.

As far as I can tell, this is a fine product. Been taking it every day for a couple of months, and just ordered another bottle. I can't swallow pills, so I open the capsules and drink this and several other powders in water. Pleasant liver taste, and I take this instead of a multi-vitamin.

I like the price for the amount of product that you receive. I like taking this supplement for the health benefits. I have had low iron in the past, and a liver supplement seems to help.

These supplements seem to be everything they are marketed as. Mild smell which makes them easier to swallow than cooked liver. They are larger capsules and you should take 4 of them so breakfast is optional when you take them.
