A bit of misunderstanding in the actual usage - but actually is a really good deal - rough grinds pink / sea salt to 'chunky' sizes that give the salt-explosive- taste. Kind of a hassle to drift / filter-drop the rough salt into the grinder body - but otherwise - - - excellent.

I give this item a 5 stars ,because fast shipping, quality, taste, but i just start taken them so would be willing to give another review later on when I take more of these vitamins to see how well it's work.

Suggested for my husbands health
My husbands doctor suggested he start taking these vitamins after a hospitalization. Good value for the price. The pills are large but a capsule instead of just a dry pill. Too soon to know if they will makexa difference in his health.

NERVE PAIN %26 RLS RELIEF
Great for RLS (restless leg). Alcohol %26 some prescription meds deplete B vitamins. This B1 is an excellent replenishment. Great for nerve issues including pins %26 needles pain. NUTRICOST is my go to brand for all supplements.

This B1 supplement helps me to have more energy during the day and it helps me to sleep better at night. The medium sized capsules are easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. This is a supplement that I will continue to order!

I'm pleased to find this quality of an lesser popular vitamin. B1 is essential for me and have tried several various brands over the years. So I am pleased to find this quality. The price is a tad high for my budget. But it's the only issue I have. It won't prevent me from continuing to us this product.
