I take 3 before breakfast and I don't have to try to time it To take it 30 minutes before each meal. Get the keto test strip to see if you're in ketosis. These pills also don't leave a bad taste in your mouth Like other supplements can. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

I like taking this cause its easy and no side effects. You can shed weight easily and along with some exercise and eat natural foods.

After about a week of taking this supplement, I have noticed some improvement although I have not lost any weight. However, that may just mean that I need to continue taking it for a longer period. I do think it's great for helping other body systems improve.

I really don't have enough information in order to review this product fairly. I got them earlier this month and have just recently started taking them. They are large white capsule pills that you take 2 once daily with a glass of water. I take mine before dinner because I take all my other meds in the a.m. If you are on Keto, these may help.

i've used the pills for 2 days and they do slightly suppress my appetite. They are not like many dietary supplements that make u feel anxious or nauseous. They are very large capsules that smell strongly of vinegar but I had no problem swallowing them.

I have not been using this long, but I do notice a change. I do feel like I have lost a little weight as my pants are a tad looser and I feel like I crave water more than soda, which is a big deal for me. I do feel I need a little more time to know if there is a big benefit, but so far so good.

I've been using the NutriFlair Apple Cider Vinegar plus Keto Diet Pills and see no difference in my digestion or weight loss. I thought with all of the hype around the use of vinegar as a weight loss enhancer, the health benefits that come from doing a health detox and the benefits of getting your body into the state of ketosis that these supplements would really provide an extra boost to my weight loss journey, since after all, these are the claims the company touts on this product, but sadly that wasn't the case. I haven't noticed any negative side effects, which is good, but I haven't noticed any benefits either. The one thing I do like is that this supplement comes in a capsule from and not a tablet. While this product my work just fine for others, my taka way is, since there is no difference in my digestion or my weight loss, I can't say I would recommend this product, nor will I get it again.
