I've been using this chocolate for a few years and find it tastes good with no waxy taste, melts easily in the microwave, is smooth and covers well. People think it's real chocolate and rave about everything I've made! I use it for bark, dipping for truffles, peppermint patties, minty cookies and other confections. I've used it to make chocolates.

These are deliscious. They have a wonderdul degree of sweetness and melt easily and uniformly every time. I add infused coconut oil, raisins, and various other ingredients for the perfect chocolate snacks. The come out with uniform color and the melt flows easily when adding to molds.

I have the dark chocolate wafers. They came in 2 days as a 5lb bag. Part of the description mentioned 2lbs. It was 5lb. To me, the chocolate tastes much better than, for instance, dollar store foil wrapped chocolate holiday candys. It's good, just slightly harder than a typical chocolate bar. I haven't tried melting them yet, but I have a variety of nuts, raisons, peanut butter and marshmallow ready to go. So far, besides just eating wafers, I've been eating them with peanut butter, vanilla ice cream and cherry pie filling. With 5 pounds, there sure is plenty to experiment with. Should be a lot of fun!

The chocolate tasted great and melted perfectly. I thinned it out with coconut oil to run through a fondue fountain and it was a huge hit at both gatherings. Would definitely order again!

OMG. I luved this chocolate. I actually bought a second bag because the dept. that I work for was having a fundraiser and everyone who bought something that I made with this chocolate loved it. I will get more next year and do much more with it

Poor packaging.....box intact but inner bag of chocolates broken open, plastic bag split and spilled inside box! Seems to be poor packaging and not abuse during transit.
