Best Caramel Ever!!!
Peter's Caramel melted perfectly by heating it in a silicone measuring cup(or silicone bowl)in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well each time. I used a a laser temperature gun to heat it between 160° and 180°. We used smaller Granny Smith apples(the tartness was a perfect match with the sweatness of the caramel and chocolate). This id the best caramel I've ever cooked with or eaten.

Simply perfect!
I've worked with this brand of caramel before, it honestly is perfect, that's why I bought it. It's just just as I remember it in taste, smell and feel.

Peter's 5 lb. caramel loaf is definitely worth it.
This is very good caramel and you don't have to unwrap dozens of the individual ones to make caramel apples. I'm no caramel connoisseur, but these are as good as the Kraft caramels we buy at the store if not better. Highly recommend this 5 lb. loaf.
