One A Day Women's 50+ Healthy Advantage (65 Count) Multivitamin Tablets

This is my first time to try a Multivitamins/ mineral supplements. I am glad there's no iron.as I get constipation from the iron :( The tablet is way too big for me to swallow whole :( ;( I cut it with pill cuter into 2 and take half in the morning and half late afternoon. Just started this week.....so wait and see........

I really like that i can take a supplement that will give me what i need.

I do take the vitamins everyday but not sure yet if they are working but I am glad to be taking them.

I have been taking these vitamins for about a month or so. I like the way they are working. The only thing is the pill is so big I have a hard time swallowing them even when I cut them in half. Making the pill smaller would make a big difference for me. I don't know if this is a problem for others but it is for me. That is the only complaint I have.

I like the vitamin composition in your vitamins but am mystified by the size of the vitamins. They are horsepills. Curious as to why you would make a pill so large for 50+ women and men. Even Centrum tablets are smaller. I'm sure you can condense these pills to make them easier to swallow. No one should have to fear choking to death to take a vitamin. Gummies don't contain the same configuration of vitamins so that's a no go. How about chewables? Seniors deserve better than this. Would not be able to recommend these vitamins due to their abnormally large size.

So I purchased One a Day Women's +50 and to my surprise, under the daily value of recommended nutrients - Potassium wasn't among them. Potassium at my age of 62 is VERY important, but your vitamin doesn't even give me 1 % the daily recommended amount of it. So I need to purchase a separate potassium supplement just to be covered. Think about adding more Potassium to your daily vitamins.

I have been using these vitamins for years. People take vitamins to get health benefits not suffer health benefits. I was disappointed to read on the label that Titanium Dioxide is on the list of ingredients. Titanium Dioxide can cause DNA damage. In 2021 the UK banned it. Why use it? It is purely cosmetic and I personally don't care if my vitamin is pretty as I look at it for 1/2 second before it goes down the shoot.
