onn streaming box was easy to install, and load with all our favorite movies and music the onn box has a well-designed and uncluttered remote with "find remote" capacity; works well with our auxillary lights; and is much more compact than our previous streaming box, taking up less space under our TV

Let me start with the one negative. They need to ditch the big Free Tv button and move the volume and channel buttons up and make them bigger. Other than that the remote works great. I struggled with IPTV for years- tried integrating with both Plex and Emby and they were horrible. I tried those because I had Roku in all my rooms. Roku has gotten out of control with their ads and being so locked down so started looking for alternatives. Tried over ten IPTV apps directly on the tv and they were too basic to work properly- and expensive. So I did some searches for device reviews and this onn device came up. Nvidia shield was out of the question- wasn't paying 200 for each room. Bought one onn to test and the rest is history. Bought a couple more for bedroom and office because it is so great. Actually has zero issues running 4k HDR movies from my plex server, unlike the Roku. Installed an app to get rid of the google ads which was very easy- then installed tivimate which is amazing for IPTV. For those interested, you can also set static IP and custom DNS which Roku won't let you do. Thing has plenty of power and features at a fair price point! Amazing product!!!! (Fix the remote, onn!!!)

The quality of the picture is better than the Amazon 4k max. Unfortunately the remote stopped working after 30 min. Would not work up or left. Also there is no ff or rew or pause buttons on remote. I recommend the ONN 4k pro but not the remote. Buy a separate one for 8 to 15 bucks that has the buttons.

You need to know that your Canadian locations are currently selling ONN 4K Pro devices that will not work outside of the USA! I purchased one today in Ontario, Store %233071 and when i was setting it up, the screen showed it would not work here. Great, just great.

I bought 2 of this devides in canada from walmart CANADA, on the box its says walmart CANADA, BUT when I try to set it up I receive a message that this device only works in the U.S. Therefore, the device is completely useless! Whats the point of selling it in canada if it does work here?

Ordering this from walmart.ca you would think it would be able to be used in Canada, but it can't! I set up my ONN 4k Pro as one would and get an error message: "Unsupported region". Why would Walmart Canada be selling tech that can't be used in Canada!

Audio failed after 8 months of use. Despite claiming a 1 year warranty, no one is available to handle the claim. Walmart support told me to bring it into the store. The store told me to call the Allstate protection plan people. Allstate told me to call Walmart, who told me to call Onn, who told me they only deal with TVs. Don't waste your money on a product that won't even last a year with the world's worst customer service when it inevitably fails.

Item was locked to USA ,so not usable in Canada ,even though box had Canadian,French directions and allowed you to pick Canada in the set up list it still showed that it can only be used in USA ,seems to be a common issue but you would expect it to work if bought from a Canadian store .

My Onn 4K Pro was delivered on Feb 7th. I did not get it installed until Feb 12th-I followed the instructions on Troy Point for installation. The Onn worked great or the first couple of days--then the sound started to get troublesome! I would turn it on, and it would not produce any sound, after 30 minutes I would get a 1 second sound bite. The sound would go off; this was a constant. It would take a couple of hours at time for it to come back on. I switched to my Firestick--the Firestick does not have this problem. I am very disappointed-was very excited to buy and try the Onn. Today is Feb 19th, tried the Onn again--and again the problem continuous. Hopefully this problem will get resolved. .,, I had high hopes for the Onn 4K Pro!!!

After waiting so long for Walmart Canada to receive stock of the Onn 4K Pro I finally received it yesterday only to be completely disappointed! During installation I got a message indicating that I am in an unsupported region and that this box is only supported in the US and Puerto Rico. How can Walmart Canada permit themselves to sell a product that is NOT supported in Canada? This is completely unacceptable what a waste of my time and money. STAY AWAY from this product!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
