Easy to set up with clear pictures /video. Has setting to alarms and love the bright light with volume control intercom to voice respond directly to whatever is in that camera view. The NVF can have up to 10 cameras. The solar panels have supplied plenty of power so far.
If you are tech savvy you shouldn't have any issues. It took us a lil longer to get it set up but once set up works great. A few YouTube videos later and it was a piece of cake. We are still learning the system. I wish the refresh rate of the videos were quicker. Maybe we haven't found that setting yet but otherwise works great!
I can only use three cameras on a count of cloud I do not want cloud why would I won't cloud when I have a recorder it comes with it these other three cameras don't work They won't work on kind of cloud so out of six cameras I got three that'll work with that cloud I would use Google drive for a wood cloud
Customer service is nonexistent. I tried email and both did not answer. User manual are nonexistent. I wanted to add to the system so I asked them what extra cameras would cost, no replies. Would not recommend anybody buying cameras from this company.
They do not have a 800%23 for questions. I called the %23 listed and I was pushed off to their web site. I asked my questions there, and no one every emailed me back! They don't seem to a physical address to share with its customers. If I didn't buy this from Walmart, I would be 100% worried. The playback does not have a reverse. That is a major failure. It is a Japanese company. I don't think they realize we used mm/dd/yyyy setting. That is a big problem for me. There are a few more minor issues in using it. It is solar, so it runs for about 10 seconds when motion is detected. to save the battery. I would like to be able to set it up to 1 minute. There are a few more issues like that.
Not satisfies with the system. The motion detector doesn't come on on half of the cameras. Or it will work or turn on after a vehicle or person have already passed by. One of the cameras the solar-powered doesn't work. I have to be taking the camera off and charging it every 2 days. And you have to pay a subscription for it to work properly. I just wanted a security camera system where you install it and it records all the time. Not just when it detects motion.
The DVR won't record you can either have it hooked to the DVR or have them hooked to your phone but you can't have both they're Hassle and they don't work for security if you just want to sit and watch your TV to see what's going on outside fine but if something happened there's no recording
If it would let me I would give it 0 stars. The Wi-Fi connection stays at the lowest power even when the cameras are placed next to the Wi-Fi. We even got an extender/ booster to help and it still stayed at the lowest. The cameras go to sleep and will not wake up till you manually wake them up not when there is motion. The DVR that comes with them doesn't record anything. They really are of no use to us. After trying everything to get them to work including calling the company they don't work.
camera would not stop saying "please configure to the network" over and over and over and over and over again and it would not allow me to turn it off or even reset it so I had to listen to it constantly all day long at home and in the car until I could bring it to Walmart and let it drive the sales clerk at Walmart who messed up my refund that I still have not received 2 weeks ago (but I received the $1.99 sales tax refund part of it back only though?) crazy! OMG!
Spent over 12 hours with support trying to get cameras connected to base station, they finally said it must be defective and to return them. Cameras would not connect to base unit and base had a flashing status light. These things are junk and support is pathetic. I built my own computers and a programmer for 22 years, feel sorry for people without a tech background if they get these cameras.
