Highly recommend!
Delicious, appealing hot bouquet, tastefully fiery, best powdered ginger I have eaten, ever. The use by date for two pounds is 1.5 years out, so that works for me.

easy to use, a new staple
this is a terrific ginger additive. ive added it to quite a few things in a half teaspoon amount and it is great for fighting summer heat.

It's not the Best but it'll do
This organic Ginger is usable however I noticed it doesn't have a strong flavor at all and tends to “clump” together so it's better to use it by spoon fulls instead of measuring with a cup

I didn't realize just how much I was ordering, lol! I use a lot of ginger in my GGMS every day but this should last me a year minimum! Good stuff though. I've been sharing it with some of my diet buddies!
