Seemed to work right away. Made me feel more calm the night I took it. I have gallbladder issues and stress. I guess it lowered my blood sugar and leveled out that bad cholesterol which lowered my BP. It thins the blood for inflamations issues as well, so make sure you're not on blood thinners. Ask the doc.

When I used this as a mask, it grew our hair
doesnot give doseage or strength on package. i have not idea how much to take. website says one thing package says nothing. disappointing to say the least...probably will take it back.
