i love Quinoa & all the things you can make with it. Food To Live has a very good Quinoa - plus is Organic. Next I need to make some Quinoa Pizza Crust - only 5 ingredients - so super easy.

I like the way this cooks up. It is fluffy and not sticky. It has a good flavor. I usually do not rinse it.

My favorite use for white quinoa is actually as a breakfast grain, prepared using coconut water and pineapple juice with a touch of salt, hemp seeds, and fresh fruit. One of my very favorites! It is of course fantastic as a grain side for a meal prepared in a throes and different ways. It’s high protein content make it a favorite for meatless meals for us
