Seems to work well for arthritis in your joints. All ingredients seem's to be healthy mix. Best to consult with your doctor before taking this or any supplements or medication. Results can definitely affect people differently. Also the pill is large , if you have swallowing issues keep that in mind before purchasing.

This was purchased for my parents who are over 60. My dad is overweight and his knees only hurt when he goes up and down the stairs even with taking this. However, my mom isn't overweight and she claims that Osteo Bi-Flex helps her compared to before when she didn't take them. If she skips a few days, her knees/legs would be feel tired from walking or going up/down the stairs or standing for too long. But be sure to eat well before taking this because if you don't you may feel sick to the stomach the way you would when a medicine is too strong for the stomach to handle on an empty stomach.

This company created a USPS shipper immediately upon receiving the order but never shipped. I found this out when I received a order delayed notice on date of shipping arrival, checking USPS tracking to find out USPS never receives the package. Now I have to go thru trouble to cancel this order. 0 star.
