OTRAS MARCAS TWO STEP HEADLIGHT RESTORATION KIT

Wow wow wow. I rarely do reviews but this product defiantly deserves it. We were about to buy my daughter new lights but decided to give this a try……….. we saved ourselves $100’s of dollars. Check out the before and after. Each light took about 7min. And you have enough product to last you for 10 cars.

This item worked very well. Just be sure to mask off surrounding surfaces for over spray. Alcohol may help if you do overspray. Made headlight covers clear as if brand new. I was very pleased. In addition, there was some spray, and cleaning solution left over for future cleaning.

Okay, okay, okay, first I was very skeptical of this product. Not the brand, just the product itself. I was always told by every man in my life not to do one of these, that they “don’t work” and you need a buffer. So I decided to put that to the test, I figured that if it ends up looking bad I’ll go take it in anyways. Why not DIY it? I watched a video on how to do it, and then put it to action. I don’t really do car work, and this was my first time cleaning headlights. I would say that it was a great success!

Gave up on yellowing and cloudy headlights until using this product. It is remarkable in cleaning and restoring the clear finish on my headlights. I can see again! Thanks Maguire.

Amazing product. Used this on a 20 year old truck. Very simple and quick process. No sanding or tools required. I put painters tape around the headlights and brake lights.

This stuff was great and easy to apply...Just have painters tape and paper towels to protect your car while using the final step in spraying, My lights look brand new! Same product the dealerships use!

This stuff works great. I had tried other remedies to get rid of the yellow haze that had developed on my headlights and nothing was working. Will have to see if the clarity holds up for a year but so far I am very pleased. There is probably a better way to mask off the paint than my jury rigged attempt.

I haven't used other products but this stuff works! Follow the instructions, which are super simple. It'll still be cloudy after you wipe off step 1 (conditioner) but will clear right up when you use the spray. It won't make it completely new looking but it'll be pretty close. 10/10 recommend.

Lots of these kits on the market, which to choose? And would my untested Auto DIY skills make my headlights look even worse - permanently? I took the chance and turned $S investment into $$$$ of added value to my older model car. Even after I purchased, I was nervous to try. But it really was easy with surprisingly great results. For other nervous users, my advice is follow directions, take it slow, spend plenty of time and a little elbow grease with the pad and don't aim for absolute perfection in your work. 80% perfect and it will still look wonderful. Resist the urge to "smooth over that tiny spot" after the fact but if you mess it up it's fixable. Let it dry and then scrub scrub scrub the clear coating away and start again (don't be mad you made this harder on yourself, we all try too hard sometimes). My only regret is that I did this to sell my car instead of doing it for myself years ago.

I used a 400 grit wet sandpaper then the rubbing compound which came along with the headlight cleaning kit. Then applied three coats of clear. Looks much better than before, great for the price, but gut to do this ever year. Not going to spend %23300 - $500 for a pair of new headlight. And was able to do both vehicles. Not as new but will work.
