Oven Fry Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix for Chicken, 4.2 oz Box

this is my secret topping on my cheesy potato bake. everyone loves it and know one can guess what it is. I've been using it like this for about 20 years.

My picky kids beg me to make this. Excellent flavor and crunch..plus it’s an easy to prepare dinner. Winner winner chicken dinner!

The oven fry always bakes my chicken legs, thighs to perfection. Some times I bring any extras I have, I bring to my neighbor and she always tells me that I make the best chicken legs and Thighs. So easy to make and bakes perfectly by following the directions on the OVEN FRY box.

I was looking for a way to cook boneless chicken in the oven that was different from my usual recipes. We couldn’t believe how juicy the meet was and how crispy the coating was even on the bake sheet side. I work all day and dinner is time for our family to visit. I will add a bit of cayenne pepper next time for a little kick.

Very good taste . A bit disappointed that it only had one seasoned packet . Most others have two. I must say the flavor was great

i put foil on cookie sheet to make cleanup easier. The chicken may be crispier without foil on cookie sheet. My taste buds are not up to par. I prefer Shake N Bake. Oven fry is more economical. Oven fry is more on the sour side.

I have been using this for a long time. Used to get on sale for a dollar. Now I think it is to costly but it is easy to prepare and cooks quickly. I add accent seasoning and a good amount of pepperto it. Without it I think taste not as good. I use chicken tenders with this and I also use cooking oil on tray instead of spray.

We've loved this product for years and this time I noticed there's MSG in the product ("... have another drumstick your brain stops tickin'..."). I'm wondering if it has always been there; I'm an avid label reader...so I was quite surprised when I saw it in the ingredients. Also contains hydrolyzed corn protein which is a similar glutamate flavor enhancer. I guess it's cheaper than putting in more quality herbs and spices. Bought 4 boxes but that's gonna be it. How disappointing 😔.

For the price, there should have been 2 bags. Didn’t find out till we got the box (delivery) that it was only 1! It cost more than Shake N Bake and you DO get 2 with them! I will not be buying again especially for the price!
