great item and worth its price, was 15 degrees farenight last night, i usually use a propane heater but didnt need it last night, my tent is pretty air tight and there wasnt much wind and i was earm enough, this item is worth buying and quite comfortable ive purchased a similar on amazon but it tore in half on the first night ,this one is dirable and comfortable, very pleased as isleep on it every night
Pad is comfortable and warm. Also, it is less slippery in case you're set up on an incline. Low temperature early in the morning was 41F. I felt no hint of the cold ground at night with only this pad under me. I am accustomed to my Neo Air Uberlight. The only issue I have with Uberlight is that it slides around in my bivy and tent. I bought this pad to supplement protection from ground cold. And it did the trick.
This is truly an excellent lightweight backpacking sleeping pad. Totally rivals the specialty sleeping pads out there charging an a premium for just the brand name. Super lightweight - pair it with a comfy sleeping bag and you're all set. The weight is remarkable, would recommend 100%
The family and I take many trips to go camping. We have sleeping bags, small portable cots and many other things to make camping trips more comfortable. Recently, I decided to use this with my sleeping bag and wow what a difference. Even though the pad is not really thick it makes a huge difference in comfort. Overall I am very pleased with this pad and it will now be a staple of our camping trips.
Great sleeping pad. Very light weight and still nice and thick enough to provide a lot of extra comfort when sleeping outdoors. When I go camping without the family I bring half the equipment which means no air mattress. I like keeping it simple and this is a nice simple luxury to pack along with my other equipment which is super easy to set up and carry.
As far as camping pads go, this one is the best I've used (short of an air mattress). It's quite comfortable, good insulation, and is very easy to pack up. It's also very light which is always important when backpacking. I'd recommend if you're in the market.
Half the price of the name brand but works just as well, its hard enough to support against the ground and still feel soft against body weight, this is much more comfortable than the shape would imply, and way better than the cheap standard roll of foam. Under a sleeping pad it lays flat, on the pack it is a single pound, very light, no fuss to roll up and fight against to lay flat. Don't waste your time looking through thick yoga mats and other such solutions that are heavy and have fumes, this is the easy way, sealed foam, no fumes, a good sleep, I'm sure you can even double it up if need be with a second one as the egg crates would interlock together to become one.
I like this foam pad an all, my only issue is that it ripped after only 3 weeks of usage. Pros: - Light Weight - Folds up Nicely Cons: - Cheap Thin Material - Rips Easily
Not good for side-sleepers. Padding is too thin l. Back sleepers will find this fairly comfortable. Non-inflatable is a plus, insulation holds together well. nice for siting. Bad for side-sleeping.
Wanted this pad to work but just made the floor more uncomfortable, if that's even possible. Wouldn't recommend to others thinking you're adding any comfort to your camping experience.
