We have been Keto for a while. My husband is so excited because he can have spaghetti again. These look exactly like spaghetti noodles. If you put sauce on them, you really cannot tell that you're not eating traditional noodles. These are the best noodle alternative I found. The portion size is good for the price. But if you are feeding two or more people as your main entrée, I would suggest getting two packs. Anyway, these are excellent. I highly recommend. I buy them all the time now. They are now a staple in my cupboard.

I'm so glad to have a low carb option for pasta🤗 my family didn't even know it wasn't pasta. I recommend cooking a little longer if you like a softer texture

Super cool this can even be made, I don't want to knock anything on this because it is a way to taste the taste of the protein and marinara without all of the carbs, but of course it is not going to match the taste of real spaghetti. Just nice to have as a filler.

I'm a diabetic so I needed to switch to a low carb diet. The downside is that I love pasta, but even the “high fiber” protein pastas are waaay too high in carbs for me. After months of not being able to have any and having a craving for the texture of pasta I couldn't satisfy; by a stroke of luck I happened upon this brand. Wary of how it would be, I bought one just to see if I'd like it and cooked it up with some marinara, spinach, and Italian chicken sausage. The happiness that came over me when it did crave my pasta craving is insurmountable. While not perfect, it definitely did its job. While it also said 3 servings, you can easily eat the whole packs guilt free and without a major BS spike, but I split it into two servings since I cooked up 4 sausages total so I now have leftovers for later. While it can be a tad pricey, its honestly not too bad if you're making more than one meal out of each pack. So if you're watching your carbs, or just want an overall healthier option definitely get this product!

Satisfy your pasta cravings here. Takes on the flavor of any sauce. I like it with red sauce or pumpkin sauce. Texture is good too!

I love these noodles, they basically take on the taste of the sauce you cook them with, I was pleasantly surprised. I sautéed mine with roasted peppers and some Japanese bbq chicken. It was GREAT!

I use this product to mix with chili when I make it. It mixes well and has a similar texture and look of spaghetti. The very positive is that it is low/no carb which I want for keto diet. it is not perfect match but close enough and with good chili it is actually very good and works well when heated together.

This product is OK. If it were the only option, I would still purchase it. However, I very strongly prefer the linguine version. It is much better as a pasta substitute. Note that you will only receive one package, not two. The picture is misleading. I was expecting two, and that is totally my fault. I just realized when I went to write this review that it is a front and back picture of the item. If you make your orders on a small device like your phone, you may make the same mistake. That's why I wanted to clarify it here. I bought the angel hair version because I was under the impression that two packages of the angel hair were equal in price to one package of the linguine.

my husband will eat almost everything. he started a diet, so i bought these noodles too give him more options. My husband said that it had a crunch and that i should throw the other bags away.

Honestly, it just tastes weird, no matter how much I rinsed it. And no matter how much I tried to soften it up, it was still crunchy and that isn't what I want my "pasta" to be. I want my pasta soft. I guess you could chop it up and put it in a salad but it still tastes weird. The ingredients are good and clean but I just can't get past the taste. Sorry.
