this is so far the best seeds I have used. Highest sprouting rate and grow very strongly. It has very strong shell so pre soaking is important. I don't like the green dye thing they use though make pre soak process kinda messy.

This product is excellent

so far so good, seems to be holding up to two large dogs traffic pretty good

followed the instructions and seeds never did germinate. i can still see them just laying upon the ground in some areas. Even after excessive watering they have not grown.

First day into spring....All the grass turned like yellow and drying. Also comes with atleast 30% of weeds in it. Not all happy with the product since all my re seeding efforts became waste of time and my energy

Seems like we'll coated grass seed. I haven't seen anything out of this stuff... And that warranty is crap... 90 days is all you get. I have a bag and the receipt. I put it down last season, seeding for winter.... and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I'm going with the Walmart brand, I used it in the rear lawn and it's done beautifully. I say that's what I'll be using! Lol

Didnt grow hardly and i put good soil down , i have to go to Home depot and get what i used last year
