This was easier to use than I thought it would be. It is a decent value for the given price. I was surprised it's as strong as it is. Made quite well, but use the weight limit as your guide.
This thing works. I used to use one of these when I was younger. Back then I could do like a hundred. Now I can do about 20 and then its annoying. It looks easy like the arms are doing all the work, but thats not true. I definitely feel the burn after I use it and when I walk around later on. It really is a great workout for the core.
thr preain who picked up yhe item has very reapectful
I like the construction of it. The Ab-Cruncher was very well packed in the box; that right there tells me a lot about the item. I was a body builder; now I'm going on to be 70 years old. I know from experience that this will work my Ab area. You must also put some time into it.
Works as intended, if your looking to get a great work out. I would recommend picking this up. The only complaint I have is it uncomfortable doing crunches on it
Works as expected so pleased with that. Putting it together should have been easy but it was not. The parts would not line up and the material covers up where you are supposed to line up one spot making it even more difficult. Should be a snap together rather than screw together fitting.
I previously purchased the $20 one sold by Walmart with the fake reviews, it was amazing to see what people would do for a free pull up bar. I was disappointed with the $20 one . I replaced it with this one and I like it a lot better the previous one dug into the back of my neck this one supports my head and neck. Cons and reason for less star the assembly of the poles into the top portion of the net I struggled a lot took 3 of us to get it right.
for what it does it works fine. buti like the old school one better with the little pillow. this isnt a stiff pole make its kinda bendy. the picture makes it look tubular like a pole but it isnt its a flat bar. but i still use it
This sit up machine was very cheaply made and did not feel secure at all to do the actual exercises. There was really no secure way to have your neck be safe. We used to have one of these years and years ago and it was made differently. I would not recommend this machine as you would more than likely hurt your neck and back.
I'm missing pieces and can't use it
