This cooling/heat gel packs worked so good. My knee has been hurting and after throwing them in the freezer for a bit of time it was so cold and wonderful to use, relieving some pain. I love the option of using it Hot or Cold.

The ice packs were flexible and fit the areas that I would use them on.

I use these for my pinched nerve in my neck. They hold the cold a long time and are easily bendable. The seam is a bit pokey, but tolerable if covered with a cloth. They have gone up in price a bit in the last 2 years, but they are worth it.
