pills a little hard to swallow.
i don't think this product is effective, I seriously doubt the "vegan" claim as it set off my auto-immune disorder which is triggered by dairy, and last time I checked cow isn't a vegetable. maybe the powder might be better, but i wouldn't waste your time with the pills.
They are hard to swallow. Best to buy the new version of the coated tablets that are easy to swallow.
The Perfect Amino product that I received was out of date with a Best By date of 04/2024. Ridiculous! If you are going to sell a product, sell one that is t out of date!
