These feeder is great. I have a bird camera so I frequently watch the birds using it. Easy to fill and keeps the giant birds away leaving the smaller birds to eat.

I tried these several times but had to change to a more sturdy brand to keep out the squirrels. I love the price, ease of filling and the birds liked them too, but unfortunately so did the squirrels, and they would constantly knock them from the tree and chew on the plastic and break off the perches trying to get the food. I recommend it if you're on a budget. Although they weren't the right fit for me, but I really liked them. It was the squirrel problem.

I bought 2 of these feeders. I noticed that only Chickadees seem to be able to get food out of openings on this feeder. The Titmouse, Warblers, Sparrows and other little birds have a difficult time and are to large to reach down to opening of port hole to get food. So the birds are not going to these feeders but to the other feeders that have rounded perches which enables them to bend their bodies to get the food.

If you live in a magical squirrel-free land, this may be the feeder for you. It looked nice, but I should have guessed by the materials and price, that it was not going to last. It didn't even survive an entire day! The squirrels chewed through the plastic and guzzled the seed. Waste of money; lesson learned.

The port covers keep closing themselves. I'm going to have to glue them open. At least one is already cracked. And the perches keep closing themselves.

If you have squirrels in your yard, you must keep it out of reach from the squirrels because they will chew your feeder to pieces in minutes.

i bought 6 of these 1 month ago in preparation for spring and put them out last weekend due to snow 5 out of the 6 the plastic has cracked the little perches have broken off and the eye ports the squirrles have pulled out and broken off, the bird seed just pours out of these. blue parts all over ground are broken plastic pieces i have to go clean up.

The birdfeeder itself has a nice appearance however it's made with thin plastic, and the plastic is broken in. So basically what I'm saying is the plastic is broken it's not stable. It needs a sturdy or material or to be sealed strong stronger.
