2nd purchase of this bike! Bought for Son. I can't find a better deal.

Build quality is good.

Good bike but after a few hours of using it the controller box doesnt work. I was getting E2 error. It says the controller box needs to be replace. I've contacted the seller but never responded to any of my request to replace the controller box. I've purchased the warranty but it seems its useless so I am returning the the bike to walmart.

Bike frame, battery,tires,gear shifter all good. Disc brakes run off cables which is a compromise not as good as hydraulics. Driving bike 6.5 miles to library segments of the control display went out and on. Coming out of library controls were totally dead.No on function! No jiggling or key off and on would bring it back to life.Spent hours peddling this inert bike through TN hills home. Called on the one year factory warrantee and was assured my claim validated and service would text my email in 24 to 48 hrs. No response.After a week try again.same result. Try again, same result even though I was going to write a review for Walmart and wanted it to be positive. No response and so it goes. At one year at least my 4 year purchased Walmart warrantee will kick in. Hate to wait but so it goes.And yes battery at full charge. I keep checking Spam folder

The motor on this bike stopped working and after I have reported it to the manufacturer they have not responded back

If I could give this and the company's warranty a negative 100 I would Purchased useless warranty from Walmart and can't get a resolution from them either This bike is junk

Scam seller! STAY away! It is cheap, but the product is also really cheap in quality. Key obvious parts were NOT assembled, which testifies to poor quality control during manufacturing, and the seller lacked inspection. Just a waste of your time and not worth it!!!!"

I used for then the brakes stopped working, when charging it the battery and the charger started getting hot and smell like smoke, i called the company they kept giving me arun around for like 2 weeks straight without giving me NO HELP i will NEVER buy fro them and i DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY from THEM

This bike broke after the first week. The breaks failed and my son got badly hurt. The company doesn't even reply to the requests to return the bike. The whole bike has been a horrible experience and Walmart won't even help! Don't by this bike it's a piece of crap!
