Philips 55" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160p) Google Smart LED TV (55PUL7552/F7)

Easy put together, and the picture is amazing on this tv! You have to put the volume up higher than normal on this tv. But then maybe that's how this brand works.. once you put the volume up higher it's perfect! This tv is 60 inches and Fits perfect on my 60 inch tv stand

We really like the picture of this TV however, the setup totally sucked. This TV has the google TV os and that stupid software forced me to link my google account to the TV (I did NOT want that) and answer a gazillion questions about things I care nothing about. We are currently using this TV through HDMI 1 with our roku device. I have not tried the apps on the TV yet. We may do so later but I fully expect (based on initial TV setup) that will suck too. I cannot BELIEVE how long the stupid thing sat and spun its wheels while "configuring" itself. Ridiculous. If the picture was not excellent (it is excellent) this would have gone back. For the price I feel the size and picture quality make it a winner. Everything else about is by-in-large inconvenient and irritating.

We got this tv on a black Friday deal for 548 I think the original price is 648. Either way it’s a great tv for the price. Takes up the whole wall. Doesn’t fit on any of our tv stands with factory legs. We ordered a universal one so we could put it on the stand we already have. For now it’s on the floor and it’s so big you can still sit on the couch and watch it with no problem. Check out the pic I added to the review.

The TV was a little bigger than I imagined in my head, it was very easy to mount. I absolutely love it especially the fact it's a Google TV and can link to all my Google devices with ease. however after getting everything going I had to factory reset the TV due to it constantly shutting off and restarting. however after I factory reset it, it has worked flawlessly ever since me and my wife both absolutely love it. I have not set up the surround sound system to it due to the dogs not liking the advanced surround sound but I would definitely highly recommend this TV.

We just moved and needed a new TV, I didn’t realize how big it was, darn, now I have to buy a new table to sit it on… right now is sitting on our fireplace. But we’re enjoying it as a family. Highly recommend the Philips 55” (or smaller) 4K ULTRA HD. It’s easy to use, the screen colors are amazing! Just can’t beat WalMart!

I purchased this Tv because of the advertisement of reducing the Blue Light level that affects my sleep. The google software tries to override my Roku device and will darken the picture from time to time. I have to go back into tv setting to reset the picture settings and then it’s a regular lighting when using the Roku.

The price seemed to be a great choice. The speaker quality was very low quality. We had a sound bar and woofer which compensated. After three months the hdmi board went out. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart will not allow a return for electronics. Bummer! I will not be shopping for any Philips tv’s at WalMart or any where else. We have a Sony 55” which still works fine after 20 years.

Folks, Overall, TV seems to be fine for its price!. HOWEVER, based on "Cast to your TV – Put your small screen on your Big screen" description on the website, I assumed that Windows11 PC can be cast to this TV. However, after my attempts, unfortunately, there seems to be no direct casting option from Windows11 PC, which is very much frustrating and seems to be misleading. Thanks,

The standby light will not go off and is very distracting and affects sleep when it’s dark in the room. The light illuminates the entire room! Also the sound and inputs go out without notice and you have to reset the tv to get inputs and sound back. I hate this TV. I typically only buy Philips but I will look into other brands now!
