Probability the best Smart lights out there. No issuse so far and when I accidentally turn the switch on/off they dont go off line and they start workjng instantly. There are so many things you can do, just too much to list. My favorites was being able to set my lights so I can wake up to a sunrise every work day.
The product was available and delivered promptly. I think Walmart should be offering a better price if they want to be competitive with Amazon.
Wow, this light bulb is awesome! First off, the shipping was super fast—I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. The bulb itself is great too. It was easy to screw in, and the light it gives off is just perfect—not too bright, not too dim. Plus, it's energy-efficient, so I feel good using it. All in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!
I've liked the Philips Hue system ever since I began creating my smart home. I tried various other brands but nothing comes close to how easily these bulbs connect and consistently work. I snagged these for a great price, so why not keep them on hand if I happen to them. If you are looking to get smartbulbs in your home, Philips Hue is one of the best.
No lie, I've been looking for a brighter Hue bulb so when this got released, I jumped on it.. it is indeed brighter than my starter kit color changing bulbs, but I wish I could at least adjust the tone and not just the brightness.. still a great bulb, i guess my thought of what 'soft white' means was different
It's amazing to me that the cheap color-changing bulbs we bought are more reliable than these. One of them constantly disconnects and reconnects. The hue app also doesn't let you group lights without a bridge while the cheaper WiZ bulbs can be grouped without extra purchases. Not impressed considering the price difference. Also, be careful ordering them from other sellers. Mine came in a thin paper envelope and one of the bulbs was bouncing around loose when it arrived which maybe be causing my connectivity problem but there's no way to know.
Bought one of these to brighten up my office area, as the Hue Ambiance A19s weren't getting the job done. I figure hey, this bulb is 1600lm compared to the 800lm of the A19s, and it says white light so it'll help with my focus...well, these bulbs don't put off "white" light, they put off yellow, like the color of the stars for this rating.
This review is specifically for the 3rd party seller, not the Philips Hue bulbs (because the bulbs are excellent). The item I received appears to be refurbished but was sold as new by APECFI LLC on Walmart's site/app. The bulbs I received appear to have been repaired (see attached photo). The bulb diffuser (on the left) was poorly glued back onto the base of the bulb and was what I received from Walmart. The bulb on the right was purchased new from Best Buy. None of the Hue bulbs I already own, which were purchased from other retailers, have similar smeared glue on the bulbs.
Third party vendor sent this with no packing material. Box arrived smashed with lightbulbs floating loose in the package. Didn't even check them, just returned it.
Bulbs are okay. My house is full of them. A lot of them burn out after two years (At which point you're abandoned by the warranty despite the 20,000 hour claim). What's frustrating, though, is that the Hue website is *constantly* out of stock! Seriously?!? This is the main thing in the main size that you sell! Get your act together! Same for the (less popular) candelabra bulbs.
