The log lit easily and then a small but healthy flame slowly built up. I'm a little disappointed that the log burned from both ends in towards the middle so the entire thing wasn't on fire at once like some other logs are, but overall it gets the job done. These fire logs have minimal crackle to them and give off a steady (but not overpowering) heat. Perfect for a cool fall night.

I like to keep on hand for last minute outdoor fires. Or even indoors in case we loose electricity. I also like they don't attract insects while waiting to use.

These logs are dense and therefore quite heavy so be warned. Very easy to light, you just set fire to the paper wrapping and they burn for at about 2 hours. They don't generate a lot of heat in my experience but they give off a nice glow and a fresh scent. Ideal for more of an ambience that a roaring fire but also useful for getting your fire started

I love knowing there is no risk for splinters because you keep each log in the paper it comes with. I used 1 log and it did burn about 2 hours. Im hoping if I use more it may last longer. Would buy again

My delivery replaced my original order with these. They do not burn very long or create enough heat.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I am going to disagree with the first claim of this product, which is that these logs are easy to light. I lit the bag the log comes in, and the entire bag burned off of the log, and the log was barely scorched. I provided kindling, and it caught fire but quickly went out. I had to build a fire around the log in order to get the thing to burn. After that, it burned evenly and exceeded the 2 hour time frame significantly. Overall, I think this is a good product once you get it lit. I do recommend this product to others.

No delivery attempted. First call made yesterday. Promised delivery last night or this morning. No delivery attempted today. Second call. Told no driver assigned to delivery and only options were to cancel or contact the store. 😏

The box was missing logs.

I tried 2 logs at different days. They both lit up for half a second and then went out. It would not light up again. I have purchased many years ago and they used to work but for some reason they are no longer working. I purchased a whole box so I ended up calling for a refund
