Duraflame Outdoor Crackling Firelogs, 6 Logs for up to 3 Campfires

I was never a Boy Scout, so the art of fire-building eludes me. I'm like Tom Hanks at the beginning of "Castaway"- well, except for the talent/looks/charm part. But I was nonetheless inspired to build an outdoor fireplace on our patio by my wife's continued insistence that having one could heat up our romance. So, three months, two thousand dollars, and eight trips to the chiropractor later, we have our "Smokin' Hot Rendezvous Spot". These Duraflame logs are ready to burn out of the box, and they light up her COVID mask in shades of red, orange, and sunset gold. Night falls. The frogs croak in the creek just beyond the property line. The warmth that the fire generates almost makes me forget that there's a Pandemic on, but we're content to just gaze into the flames and dream of better times ahead. After a while, we retreat inside, where we can still see the glowing embers through the bedroom window, and she takes off her mask for me. And falls asleep as I brush my teeth. "Goodnight, Logs. I always use duraflame logs when I use my firepit outside. The light quickly and burn right away and then do my most favorite thing. Crackle and snap. Its brings me back to my youth sitting back enjoying fires around the campsite with family and friends.

We started purchasing these outdoor logs for bonfires, camping and to simple get a good fire going to roast marshmallows with our children. They light easily and help get the fire going quickly. I will continue to purchase these and recommend everyone give this product a try. #sweepstakes

The Duraflame Fire logs makes things easier when you live in an apartment complex. Space is limited so no need for lighter fluid and one is enough so we can hang out by the pool and roast some marshmallows. The fire last so we can enjoy the night out. These make my life easier and work very well so I can truly enjoy my apartment complex amenities fully.

When we go camping at state parks so not allow you to disturb the environment collecting wood for a fire so we took Duraflame Outdoor Firelogs. The logs were very easy to start and I think the flames were brighter and hotter than regular wood. I am not sure, but thinking duraflame it is probably healthier for roasting the marshmallows for s'mores ;) Thanks Duraflame!

These logs give the coziest glow to our fireplace as we watch TV every night. It's our winter ritual. The flame is so realistic and we put our Duraflame log nestled in between some older cement logs. We would never go back to having a gas fireplace knowing that these burn so clean and give such a big flame.

This is a great product whose quality and reliability you can depend on. Easy to light, emitting a consistent degree of temperature and fairly long lasting. Throwing another long onto a diminishing fire after a long period of time is an easy way to continue the light and warmth throughout the evening which adds comfort to an already fun filled and sporting, camping experience. I haven't experienced the typical crackling and shooting out of sparks that I expected and received from firewood that I previously brought along during our seasonal outdoor camping excursions. I tried outdoor duraflame logs after having used the indoor ones in our fireplace in what we call our "quiet room". They are now my first choice in sufficiently preparing for each memorable and relaxing outdoor overnight excursion that my friends and family come to expect.

Originally purchased these logs for use in our chiminea. Planned to use them simply as starter logs, but we now burn ONLY these logs and no wood logs. They are a guaranteed pretty burn and burn very clean with almost no cleanup. We also get longer than the three hour burn from the logs. (as long as it's not super windy) They aren't for roasting food, so if you want s'mores or hot dogs look into Duraflame Roasting logs which are food safe.
