Pioneer Brand Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix, 40 oz

I use this mix in my cooking class. It makes my life so much easier teaching my class! I use it for different recipes for my home too!

Always have used bisquick, but no more. I bought 4 boxes at one time just so I would not run out after trying our first box. Perfect crust, biscuits %26 pancakes!!! Give it a try! Stop buying the same ole thing every time!

This product used to be on the shelves in our local Supercenter, but after the recent "reset", it's no longer available. If I want this product again, I have to order from the warehouse. The texture and flavor are superior to the other brands. Which "bean counter" decided to remove this product from stores? Walmart, do yourself a favor and put this product back on the shelves.

I have been using the Pioneer baking mix for years. It is far superior to Bisquick! Makes fantastic biscuits, pancakes and waffles. All taste like they are from scratch. Highly recommend Pioneer over any other brand!

Where have you been all my life? I buy Bisquick because it is so versatile and reliable. I don't like Bisquicks luminum soda taste compared to real bread taste of Pioneer brand. Very Pleased!

I love this biscuit mix. I make butter swim biscuits every week with pioneer. I like this mix better than the bisquick mix. My biscuits made with pioneer reminds me of the homemade biscuits my grandma used to make.

I can't believe I'm saying this, I like Bisquick better. Bland flavor. Don't like texture. I suggest adding 2T powdered sugar to each recipe. For flavor and texture. Extra oil also. Vanilla or almond flavoring. Powdered sugar contains cornstarch. The corn starch will help the texture. I won't buy again.
