I've been looking for a clean, non-rock-based calcium, and this red algae formula is exactly what I needed. Unlike traditional calcium carbonate, it's gentle on my stomach and includes essential K2 and D3 for better absorption. My nails and joints already feel stronger.
I've been using algae based calcium for the past year to boost my bone health. I do like this brand, it has no funky taste and tablets don't stick to your throat like others. I appreciate that it has the added D-3. Value is great compared to other brands as well.
Finally I've found a perfect vegan calcium. After doing A LOT of looking into what I really need and spending money on useless products and products that contain nothing but lab ingredients, I found this. It's pricey but worth it. For me they go down smooth with my oat milk. I'm 63 and other calcium brands make my bones creak and ache. This doesn't. Buy from Amazon if you want your order lost somewhere.
I have only been using this product for a short but I wanted to use a plant based calcium instead of the regular type made out of limestone (rocks). They are easy to swallow.
Easy to swallow
Best calcium money can buy! Do your research, and judge for yourself!
I have not had good outcomes from calcium carbonate or beef derived calcium. This is the only algae-based calcium I've found (that doesn't have a lot of other ingredients). The bottle has 90 tablets, which provide 30 servings of 1000mg, I prefer to get most of my calcium from food, so at one (333mg) a day, this is enough for 90 days. The pills are large, but they are scored, so they are easy to break in half. Or crush. So far, so good. Great that Walmart has them with free shipping with W .
