I looked on several websites and used markets and Walmart still had the best price and fast delivery.

This was a gift for my wife. She used to play on mine so we decided to get one for her ever since we got it. Great system if you're looking to purchase a PS five at a good price that seems to last for a while. This is your choice..

The ps5 is great, astro bot is a fun game. However the delivery service they used was not okay. The PS5 was already opened and the driver threw the package on the ground! I went outside to confront him and he did not even speak english. I had to report him and even that did nothing. Nothing like paying this amount of money just to have it thrown on the ground. Luckily it worked fine.

I gave it a 2 because the console is nice I was missing the Astro bundle console and they gave me a regular ps5 version and controller. I get it everyone makes mistakes but I've been redirected to 10 different people just to get a code to purchase it on the console they gave me and they all want me to return everything. I just wanted the game and nobody seems to know what to do. Highly disappointed with customer support as well as everyone else involved.

The seller did not tell the truth. The listing stated that the box had never been opened, but it arrived already opened. Also, it was advertised as 1000 GB, but it came with only 825 GB.

This website is a joke. Second time I ordered the PlayStation and then they canceled it on me. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Didn't expect it from Walmart.
