If you're looking for a memory card for your PlayStation 5, Then I highly recommend getting WD_BLACK SN850P NVMe™ SSD for PS5® consoles. It works great I was able to save all my games to the memory card and it was fairly easy to install. So if you're looking for a high quality memory card for your PlayStation I highly recommend Western Digital.
It's easy to install, easy to set up (format) and it does everything it says on the box. If you're on a budget and still want a brand name SSD then I'd recommend this one. There is a cheaper non PlayStation branded one on the market but it still does the same thing this does. On average I've seen reads of 6500MBs but that's still higher than the standard PS5 SSD which is I believe 5500MB or better. All in all, if you're in the hunt for an SSD and don't wanna spend pretty much a car note on a lot of space go with this. Unless you have a lot of games I think 2TB is a sweet spot, I have over 20 physical games and so far I got 11 of them on my console with about 1.3TB left and that's including COD and 2K. 5/5 for me
The same type of product was much more expensive on Amazon. I wish I looked here sooner. The price was very good and the item came in perfect condition. It was an easy install and is working perfectly.
Space will fill up incredibly fast. Deleting and reinstalling games is the opposite of fun. Add a SSD and it will increase the amount of fun you'll have with the console, Has a heat sink already installed so the installation process is a breeze.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I barely had storage on my PS5 and I'm so glad these ssd cards exist because you can get as much storage as you want and it's as easy as 1,2,3. If your a video game user you need!
It was very easy to install and set up. I transferred all my games to it and everything is running perfectly!!!
There is nothing to dislike. I needed an M.2 drive for gaming and boom! Plus, it was an easy install. Plug and play.
I've heard great things about this drive but when I finally needed one they were outrageously priced (July 2025: $178 to February 2026: $600 dollars) this was the best option. The reason for the 4 and not the 5 start is because the package seal arrived broken and tucked under the folding lip which raises some questions marks on whether this item is brand new or a return, or even messed with, but will keep hopeful nothing goes wrong.
I've seen so many prices for the same item. I thought Walmart would be honest but that's not the case. While they advertise an absence of stock at a decent price (200). On the same app sellers charge 300 and up using availability pressure to ensure sales. It was hard to come by. It's shady to me. Other than that I am happy with what I needed to purchase. Something that I believe should've been included with the product I bought it for which is another issue. It definitely can get weird when people want money.
The item I ordered was delivered on time but to the wrong thing place, Even after putting specific details of my address. How does that even happen?? The door on the picture. It's not even close to mine. I'm on the 3rd floor that's obviously a ground level somewhere else. If the item I ordered was cheap, bill wouldn't be so upset, but it's over two hundred dollars....
