Western Digital 2TB PS5 Console Solid State Drive, WD_BLACK SN850

Works as it should, easy easy easy install and the ps5 gives step by step setup instructions and it only takes about 10 mins to complete. Recommend this product and Walmart for speedy delivery.

The same type of product was much more expensive on Amazon. I wish I looked here sooner. The price was very good and the item came in perfect condition. It was an easy install and is working perfectly.

I haven't had an opportunity to use my product yet but I couldn't be more pleased with the price and ease of purchase. The prompt delivery is also a plus.

First of all great price on a 2TB ssid for the PS5. 202$ when every other place BB $669, GS $494, and local game exchange had it for $454. Can store more games internally. With Data Centers cropping up everywhere these hard drives are getting harder to find... unless you want to pay a premium. Thanks Walmart.

I've heard great things about this drive but when I finally needed one they were outrageously priced (July 2025: $178 to February 2026: $600 dollars) this was the best option. The reason for the 4 and not the 5 start is because the package seal arrived broken and tucked under the folding lip which raises some questions marks on whether this item is brand new or a return, or even messed with, but will keep hopeful nothing goes wrong.

I've seen so many prices for the same item. I thought Walmart would be honest but that's not the case. While they advertise an absence of stock at a decent price (200). On the same app sellers charge 300 and up using availability pressure to ensure sales. It was hard to come by. It's shady to me. Other than that I am happy with what I needed to purchase. Something that I believe should've been included with the product I bought it for which is another issue. It definitely can get weird when people want money.

The item I ordered was delivered on time but to the wrong thing place, Even after putting specific details of my address. How does that even happen?? The door on the picture. It's not even close to mine. I'm on the 3rd floor that's obviously a ground level somewhere else. If the item I ordered was cheap, bill wouldn't be so upset, but it's over two hundred dollars....

Walmart says it was delivered but I never received it and they will not provide a refund, so I'm out $220 with nothing to show for it. I have talked to multiple Walmart representatives and they all say the same thing that I'll receive a refund but it's been weeks and I haven't received anything.

I would like to put it in my own words just like this ordered from Walmart 11:00 p.m. gentleman stop in the car and it's a saw and attractive to the house met him outside for the item which was an SSD card in the box he asked me across from the street what's the numbers and to the box to me as I was sending to him I caught the box excited and ran into the house and then before I knew it the box was empty and I already opened one construction they stole the item from me and I am still waiting for refund and it's almost going on 30 days I wouldn't recommend ordering from Walmart electronics every 0000 they suck they still return them dirtbags people just drive them

Being I never received the items nor have they issued a refund, I cannot rate the item. Walmart is rated as a zero for customer service. I have called them 9 times and they claim that they have a replacement issued, but only after a store manager contacted them. I haven't seen any progress in item even being prepared. They claim item is out of stock and will not place order for items to be delivered from the Walmart store in another city close to me. They are more concerned about me returning a $10 toy truck that delivery person brought in place of my $386 items. I am now out $386 and the 2 items that I ordered.
