It great for storing your PlayStation games on it but the only games that can be played from it are PS4 games you can store PS5 games on the drive but you’ll have to transfer the games back to the console to be able to play them with that being said I would wait for a sale before picking it up because the retail price seems to be a bit high for what your getting

this external game drive is a beautiful thing to have. first of all it matches to game system and it's very small. it also has a lot of room for game storage. which you need to play a lot of games. holds like 60 ps4 games. comes with a 2 week trial of PlayStation network also. very cool. would buy again.

Can not play ps5 games on it so there’s no point to store them on it just to have to redownload them on console when you want to play them PS4 games are the only ones you can play while stored on it

It says that it is for ps5 games but when you hook it up it says only ps4 games can be stored on it! The only reason I bought it was to put ps5 games on it so I would have more space available on my system! So the description is a lie!! Don't buy unless you intend to only put ps4 games on it! Waste of money for my case!

The product states it's for PS4 AND PS5, but cannot download or save PS5 games from my PS5 onto this external storage. I bought this because it said it was PS5 compatible..

It is not the main model number itself. It was switch out do not buy!!!!

product says you can use this with ps5. but actually it doesn't hold ps5 downloads, it only holds ps4 games and yes you can "plug it into a ps5" therefore making it "comparable" with ps5. I hope I worded that correctly. my sons tried to explain it to me. it was purchased for them for Christmas present and they were both so sad since it wasn't "usable " for them.

I was under the presumption I could move my PS5 games to this storage device and still be able to play them with no problem. I was mistaken; you can indeed store PS5 games on the storage device, but doing so will remove the copy of the game from your console, in a sense, because if you want to play said game, you will have to re-copy it to your console. That is false advertising to me, because it never explicitly says in the description of the item that it works like that. Now, for PS4 games, you can store and play them while they are on this storage device, but I bought this item specifically to store and play my PS5 games. I personally would not recommend this product. I found out it was not as compatible as I originally thought when it arrived at my house, and I opened it, and all I could do was store my PS5 games. 1/10 stars for false advertising.

the item I received State's PlayStation and yet when I hook it up to my system it won't read it it acknowledges that there is a device there I purchased a five terabyte external hard drive it says it's only has 120 gigs and when I try to format it it can't find it be cautious when you get this it also labels it as an Xbox external 120 GB even though it says compatible with PS5 and PS4 I plugged it into all of my USB ports not a circle where those changed and told me to hook it into a different port now I've had a memory before and it read it fine for whatever reason this one just was not read

Picked it up on 5/22/25 curbside for my son's birthday. We gave it to him on his birthday 5/25/25, 3 days later. He opens it, goes to plug it into his PS5 and it was all scratched up, dust all in the lines around the whole thing. He said "Dad did you buy this used." Do better Walmart.
