Great game, I play with my brother who owns the digital version of Violet so this game is a great one to buy if your friend is playing violet. Getting the physical game for slightly cheaper than the digital really makes this a no brainer. I am enjoying it a lot. There are a lot of quality of life improvements to this game that are carried over from Pokemon moon except this game has better graphics. I like the local multiplayer and partying up with my brother, that functionality is revolutionary for Pokemon

Great Pokemon Adventure
If you like the latest Pokemon series on Netflix, you will enjoy either Scarlet or Violet. This is a first Pokemon game that you as the player enrolled in an academy and free roam all around. This game has three different stories throughout and it's up to you as the player to choose which story you want. A must play for any Pokemon fan.

A wonderful game, truly one of the most engaging pokemon journeys to date. The graphics are a bad sad, pushes the switch 1 to its very max capabilities

Good but not great.
Graphics were underwhelming, but it's fun, I like it more than the rest of the world apparently. A solid 7/10 from me, I got it on sale for 45 or 46....I think $30 is a fair price for what it is.

AWESOME
omg this game was so fun! I beat the game with Sprigatitto and theres still so much fun things to do, including Tera Raids you can play with other people without a subscription or internet its amazing!! open world concept, great graphics, by far my favorite game.

Graphics bad, story and gameplay great
Graphics are junk and should be better considering the previous games, Sword and Shield were much more polished and didn't lag. They just never optimized this game, and instead want people to shell out $500 for a Switch 2 to play it with no issues. With that said, the game is still more than playable in its current (and likely final) state and has one of the most emotional story lines in the series so far. Definitely worth buying and playing, just don't get your hopes to high for the graphical performance.
