These mandarin oranges in a glass jar are easily my favorite shelf-stable fruit option. I've tried many brands over the years, and these consistently stand out for both flavor and quality. I like to keep them chilled in the refrigerator for a refreshing snack, but they really shine as a salad topping—the natural sweetness pairs perfectly with greens. The segments are consistently firm (not mushy like some canned varieties), with a fresh taste that doesn't come across as overly syrupy or artificial. The texture is a big plus and something I specifically look for when repurchasing. I also appreciate the glass jar packaging. Not only does it feel more premium, but I prefer it over metal cans since there's no concern about can linings affecting taste. The larger jar size is convenient and offers good value, especially for frequent use. Availability in-store can be hit or miss, so having the option to order a multi-pack online is a huge advantage. It's convenient and ensures I always have these on hand. Overall, this is a product I regularly repurchase and would confidently recommend to anyone looking for high-quality mandarin oranges.
I love oranges! This jar of mandarin oranges is delicious and has a rich flavor. Nothing sour only sweet. I ate this as a snack (1st jar) and again with some vanilla ice cream for dessert (2nd jar). Will buy again.
I put a jar in the freezer intending to only chill it for an hour. I forgot about it and ended up freezing it. I was craving it, so I ate it frozen. wow, so good I finished the entire jar in one sitting. Will buy more in the future.
I like the 12pack of individual servings better than the large jar.
i recieved it from fed ex today as i was attempting to open the box liquid started dripping on my feet and onto my carpet, i got into the box and everything was soaking wet, both bottles still had the seals on it but one bottle had no liquid left in it and the other had about 2/3 leak out also, i do not want this product, i would like a refund snd someone to come clean my carpet that was a lot of liquid that spilled out. what should i do.
I bought two 2o oz. jars. They were delivered and I thought, these don't look as good as the ones on line. I tried them and they were mushy, had an odd taste, like they were moldy or something. I threw them away. What a waste. I will never buy them again. I will just buy the Walmart brand in cans. I have bought them for years for different dishes and they are always good.
I disliked the fact that the Walmart box outside my front door was damaged and dripping a sticky liquid, and the 2 jars of Polar Mandarin Oranges were broken inside. Who would even deliver that?
The mandarin oranges segments were discolored and mushy. Looked %26 smelled terrible when opened. In a glass jar more expensive but had to dispose of because concerns of food safety.
The oranges were bad. They are very dark. I had to open to make sure it wasnt the jar. I will return to the store.
Do NOT buy this product. Tastes like it's 20 years old, disgusting. Had to throw mine out. No expiration date, scary stuff. Bad brand!
