Love this product for making meals lower in carbs. I use this instead of bread crumbs in meat loaf. Also makes a good breading for frying chicken etc. great product.
the crumb mixture is all pork rinds...i tried it on eggplant and it was excellent!
Being on a low car diet, my wife and I use this to try to mimic fried chicken crunchiness for a variety of things. Pork chops, ribs, fish, etc. We apply and it and then convection bake the items in the oven.
I am obsessed with this product. It has been so easy to have this ready to use. I have enjoyed it as a crust on my pork chops, breading for my crispy chicken, chicken/beef meatballs, you name it!! Gets the job done and even better that the ingredients are true to the product your buying (pork rinds cooked in pork fat).
Makes the best keto fried chicken ever. Crispy and full of flavor. I purchased 4 jars. This breading will always be in my cabinet.
As a carnivore, I'm always looking for something fun to add to my menu. Using Italian Flavored pork rind crumbs in my meatball recipe instead of carb loaded alternatives makes for a truly wonderful meatball with all the flavor and texture needed.
I have used the pork rind crumbs for years - they are a terrific bread crumb substitute. But the flavored dessert rinds are new to me and they are delicious!!
We used the Original Pork King Good Crumbs as an ingredient for a carnivore stuffing as a side dish for our Thanksgiving. It's very handy to already have the pork rinds crumbled for an easy add to a recipe.
Great low carb alternative to panko. In fact, I think I like it better.
I tried the Pork King Good Pork Rind Crumbs in my turkey meatloaf in place of seasoned bread crumbs I usually use. I will have to try using it as a coating for chicken breasts and other foods, so I can taste the flavor more. I love Pork and pork flavoring and this is a product that is a great addition to the seasoned breading market.
